During the first of our two day visit, we will enjoy a guided tour of the extraordinary excavations of Pompeii, check out the local craftsmen making coral cameos, taste authentic thick Neapolitan pizza and drive along the Gulf of Naples as we make our way to the lovely town of Sorrento at the tip of the Amalfi peninsula.

Our overnight stay will be in picturesque Sorrento where, after a walking tour to the best picture-taking views and a visit to one of the famous inlaid-wood factories, we will attend a "Tarantella Musical" with local artists in local costume. Finally, as "O sole mio" and "Take me back to Sorrento" run through your heads, we will finish the evening sipping sparkling spumante on a spectacular cliffside balcony overlooking the Gulf of Naples.
The following day we will take the hydro-boat out to the world famous island of Capri. After a guided stroll around this romantic island with its colourful little shops and breaktaking views, we will sit down to a marvellous seafood lunch topped off with a taste of the traditional Limoncello liquor made with special Amalfi lemons.
