Ken and Nicola: What a start to our honeymoon

Our honeymoon started with 2 days in Rome (which was no where near long enough - and we will be returning) The highlight of our trip was the guided tour of the vatican with 'Ang'. He brought the Vatican alive, and was so enthusiastic about his topic. Some real nuggets of information and delivered with humour and enthusiasm. I didnt expect the vatican to be so amazing, and I will remember the visit for the rest of my life. It was an amazing start to our honeymoon Thanks Angelo x

Guest: Mrs P Stephenson

My friend and I visited most places in Rome this summer without a guide but decided to do the guided tour of the Vatican and we are so pleased that we did. Kathy Hollingsworth was our guide and she was excellent! She was really organised and told us everything we needed to know in a really fun and interesting way. Although you may be put off at first by the amount you have to pay, it really is worth it to get the most out of your visit. Thanks Kathy for making it such a memorable visit!

The Dyers, UK: Vatican & Tour

First time to Rome on our honeymoon, & the tour with Kathy Hollingsworth was one of the highlights of the week - she made everything come to life with just the right amount of facts, obviously very knowledgable & felt great walking past the huge queue into the Vatican museums!!

Thank you so much & if we do get back to Rome again, will definitely us  LivItaly again (especially if we can book Kathy!!)Laughing

Cleo: Kathy

My mother and I did a tour today of the Vatican and our guide was Kathy Hollingsworth.  I have been to Rome before but have to say that I have never got as much out of a day as we did today with Kathy.  She was great and worth a million times what we paid!

The Sebers: Highlight of Rome

After spending a weekend in Rome, my partner & I agree that the highlight of our trip was the Vatican, in particular, our tour with Angelo. It was a true experience, what else can we say?!

Cowdens: The

Little did we know how truly fantastic our tour of the Vatican would be with Angelo.  He didn't miss a beat.  His love of Rome, his amazing communication and people skills, kept all from the very youngest to oldest engaged. Our two teenage children spoke very highly of the adventure. I know our experience would never have been the same had we attempted it on our own.  An added bonus was his ability to help us skip the line.  Thanks for a most memorable adventure, Angelo!

Angela Willson: Ms.

I took my son to Europe for his graduation present and we took a tour with Ang.  He was a fantastic tour guide. He was very knowledgable, easy to understand, friendly, and funny!  It was by far the best tour we had in Europe.  Thanks!

Timothee: My pleasure

My mother, my sister and I came for the firts time in Italie in early august. When we saw the queue to enter the Vatican museum we were quite desperate but lucky because we met Angelo. Despite the heat, it was the best visit of our entire stay. He wasn't interesting and funny (loved the little jokes Laughing ) but also very friendly because he talked to us instead of reciting his text like too many guides.

I intend to come back to Italy as soon as I can and I'll definately choose LivItaly once again, this is the best way to discover things and entertain with great people at the sa;e time!

My husband and I took a tour with Angelo of the Vatican when we were on our honeymoon in Rome.  We were very hesitant about taking a tour becasue we thought it would be too long and boring.  We were SO happy with the tour we did with Angelo of the vatican.  We learned and saw things we would have completely missed if we were on our own.  Angelo was very entertaining and great to listen to.  We highly recommend LIV ITALY for any tour you decide to do.

Tripadvisor: Excelente

I was so glad that I had contacted Angelo and arranged the private tour with his company during my stay in Rome. Although I didn't have a chance to meet him in person, his service is impeccable. He had even left me a welcome message at my hotel before I check-in.John was my tour guide and I was so glad to have him around while he had made the Vatican Tour an extremely enjoyable one. Excellent service from both guys and they would have make your stay in Rome a memorable one.

Guest: from Tripadvisor: LivItaly Tours - Fabul...

Angelo and LivItaly Tours offers the most informative and personal tours of Rome that anyone could ask for! Rome has to be one of the world's most intriguing cities, jam packed with beautiful, awe-inspiring sights, and into every aspect of the tour, Angelo brings his passion and love for his home-town as well as his local knowledge and connections. I learned much more than I could've ever imagined and it is a perfect combination of the facts and the gossip; you are not just bogged down with numbers and names that you will never remember, but Angelo also includes the intrigue and funny stuff. It is obvious that he puts in a lot of work and care to make his tours and your time in Rome everything you desire, and then a little more. It was so above and beyond any of my expectations and I highly recommend spending time with Angelo and LivItaly Tours.

Guest: Tripadvisor: LivItaly Tours - Absolutely...

We had Angelo as our tour guide and and he could barely contain his love and enthusiasm for the city! It made for the most wonderful tour, there can be nothing he doesnt know about Rome. We were so impressed and enjoyed it so much we booked another tour for the following day. I couldnt visit Rome without at least one of the tours now - I just know I wouldnt be getting the best from the city otherwise.

Stephanie and Jonathan: Vatican City Tour

Angelo was our tour guide for the tour of the Vatican Area of Rome. At first, I was not sure what we were getting ourselves into gathering into a small group of people in the square outside. After a few minutes of listening to Angelo talk about the city and the buildings, I was convinced we had made a great decision by taking the tour. He was accommodating to both the younger and the older guests in the group throughout the tour, and answered many questions about the entire city, not just the area we were at at the moment. I was very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the job and am going to recommend him and the tour company to friends visiting the area in the near future.

Guest: from tripadvisor: Vatican City Tour

I booked LivItaly Tours for a tour of the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica. As stated above, I was most pleased with the tour, the guide(Angelo) and the manner in which the tour was organized. The information was presented in a most academic manner but laced with anecdotes and humor to make the presentation such that one would be able to remember and retain these facts. Although we saw and visited a good portion of the Museum and its' most important artifacts there was never the feeling of being hurried or being obliged to rush through the exhibits. There was always time for questions and Angelo was more than accommodating in answering these questions. It is my plan to engage LivItaly Tours for our next trip to Rome and it's environs

Guest: From TripAdvisor: Vatican City Tour

I thought that our tour guide, Angelo, provided my friend and i with an amazing tour. Initially we thought the tour was over-priced and we were shaking our heads wondering what we got ourselves into. After we entered the museum we realized that our money could not have been better spent. Angelo knew absolutely everything regarding the museum and although we did not see everything his path through the museum helped explain the old and new vatican, the altercations and differences between pope's and artists point of view, and helped identify important people and works while slowly going through the tour. I am a broke college kid who hates spending money especcially on tours, but i have to say i would recomend a tour from Angelo to absolutely anyone.

Audrey: Vatican City Tour

This tour  (21 Mar 09)was fantastic thanks to the energy and enthusiasm of our guide, Angelo. He spoke with such passion that it felt like we were actually standing alongside Michelango! What he doesn't know isn't worth knowing.
